DIGIT 2.6 is a release that has got new modules, a few functional changes, and non-functional changes.

Under citizen engagement, documents section is added
Employees can select more than 1 ULB to create a document
Documents have Title, Description, Attachments and links
Documents can be modified and deleted from the same space
