HRMS UI/UX Revamp Release Notes

Overview

This release aims at the UI/UX Revamp of the existing HRMS module primarily, with certain minor enhancements incorporated functionally.

Release Highlights

  1. Employee summary card (post-login).

  2. UI Enhancements for

    • Create new Employee

    • Search employee screen.

  3. Usability enhancements

    • Inclusion of various filters

    • View of roles assigned in terms of count (post search)

Description

Employee Summary Card

(Post Login)

Once, State/ ULB Administrator has logged in to the master portal, they will land on the homepage consisting of the HRMS card.

This card provides an overall summary on:

  • The Total Employees Created (Total Employees in the Database).

  • The Total Employees that are active (at this time).

Along with the above, the admin has the following options :

  • Search Employee.

  • Create Employee

Employee Search

The UI of employee search has been upgraded with search now possible by using the following filters :

  • By ULB (Useful when an employee is operating jurisdictions)

  • By Designation

  • By Role (This filter is Multi-Select)

  • By Employment Status (Active/ Inactive).

The following search displays the following fields :

  • Employee ID

  • Name

  • No of Roles (Describes the no of roles assigned).

  • Designation

  • Department

  • Employment Status

Known Issues

  • The case sensitive search

Upcoming Features

  • Reports UI Revamp.

  • Onground implication for multiple assignment dates and propose the product changes.

  • Enhance the text for Exception Handling.

  • Inclusion of Privacy Bit.
