An illustrative guide to using Water & Sewerage module

The W&S module allows citizens to apply for new connections and pay bills online. For employees, this module enables automated processing of new connection requests, editing existing connection details, generating water bills, and facilitating online collection of bill payments.

Features and applications

The module supports the following key functions -

  1. Apply for new connections

  2. Pay one-time connection charges for new water or sewerage connections

  3. Pay recurring bills using online payment gateway

  4. Download artefacts such as application details, connection details, bills, receipts, sanction letter and estimation notice

  5. Process applications using configurable workflows

User roles
