eDCR Service 2.0.0 is a baselined release that has got few enhancements to the existing features.

River Distance
Enhanced the river distances and the colour code used to identify river type.

Basement
In the basement footprint layer, captured additional dimension with colour code 3 to define the level of the basement under the ground.

Stilt floor
In the stilt parking layer, capturing height from floor to the bottom of the beam of the stilt floor.
eDCR 2.0.0: The above feature is useful and required in other states.
Impact: Functionally, the upgrade to eDCR 2.0.0 will not impact the existing environments.
